Wow, where do I even begin with Dione & Vito’s bea

Wow, where do I even begin with Dione & Vito’s beautiful day?!

Their wedding was one of a kind, set at @rhswisley, with the reception taking place inside their incredible Glasshouse surrounded by tropical plants.

Dione & Vito had such a clear vision for the day, drawing inspiration from Bridgerton with soft pastels and abundant florals.

But it wasn’t just about how the wedding looked. Their Jamaican, Polish and Swedish backgrounds were woven throughout the day in so many lovely ways.

The ceremony included a handfasting performed by Vito’s mum, followed by a shot of vodka in honour of his Polish roots.

Guests enjoyed Jamaican rum cake as favours, while @melsmealss created a bespoke menu bringing together both Polish and Caribbean flavours.

There were vodka shots for the toasts, signature rum punch and Polish szarlotka cocktails, as well as traditional Swedish desserts for afters.

A wedding that was completely and unmistakably Dione & Vito, and such a joy to be part of.

Such a beautiful day, and my first Greek Cypriot bridal ceremony too.

Lucas and Elena’s family were so warm and welcoming, and it makes it even more special that I’ll be back with them next weekend to coordinate Elena’s brother’s wedding.

One of those lovely reminders of how special this job can be.

Planning a wedding at a venue like @rhswisley come

Planning a wedding at a venue like @rhswisley comes with a lot of logistics behind the scenes!

With the gardens open to the public throughout the day, access is restricted and set up windows are incredibly tight.

For Dione & Vito’s wedding, we had just 90 minutes to set up their ceremony, before moving across the gardens to the Glasshouse, where we had two hours to completely transform the space ready for 120 guests.

There are so many moving parts with a wedding like this and it takes a lot of careful planning beforehand, a very detailed schedule and, most importantly, an incredible team of suppliers all working together to make it happen.
